The Centre for Human Aspects of Science and Technology (CHAST) is a centre within the Faculty of Science at the University of Sydney that is dedicated to exploring the “interdisciplinary integration of scientific knowledge and its impact on humans, our societies and the wider environment.” It was founded in 1986 and hosts a regular series of lectures from distinguished scholars.
